Privacy

Short version: this website does not track you.

What this site collects

Browsing these pages does not require an account and does not set any advertising or analytics cookie.

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, chosen subject and message, plus your IP address and the time you sent it. These are emailed to us and used only to reply.
  • Session cookie. When you open the contact form, a temporary cookie (ihyf_session) is set so the form can protect itself against forged submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.
  • Server logs. Our host records standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Retention is set by the host: [CONFIRM WITH GODADDY].

What this site does not do

  • No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tracking script.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • No session recording or heatmaps.
  • No selling or sharing of personal information.
  • No card details. This server never receives them.

Payments and the shop

Purchases are processed by Shopify on Shopify’s own systems. When you begin a purchase you are handed to Shopify’s secure checkout, where Shopify collects the information needed to take payment and ship your order, and sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We receive order details — what you bought, where to send it, and how to contact you about it — but never your full card number.

Fulfilment partners

Some items are made or shipped by third-party suppliers. To ship your order, those suppliers receive the name and address on the order and nothing more. Current partners: [LIST YOUR SUPPLIERS — e.g. Printify, Printful, warehouse partners].

Email

Contact-form messages arrive in a mailbox hosted by [YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER] and are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD]. If a newsletter is added later, it will use a double opt-in and every message will carry an unsubscribe link. No newsletter is running at the moment.
