Are these real products?
Yes. Real tissues, real bears, real mugs, shipped to a real address.
Is this a joke?
Also yes.
Can I send one to myself?
Absolutely. You know what you’ve been through.
Can I send something anonymously?
Not yet. When gifting opens you will be able to add a recipient name, a message and your name only if you want it there. Cowardice deserves good UX.
Is this ever unkind?
It is aimed at bruised egos, group chats and people who received feedback. If someone is genuinely having a hard time, send them something sincere instead.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify on Shopify’s own secure servers. This website never sees, handles or stores your card details.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are made or picked within 1–3 business days and ship in 3–7 business days within the United States. International times vary. Full details are on the shipping page.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Personalised and print-on-demand items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. The full policy, including how to start a return, is on the returns page.
Where do the products come from?
A mix of small manufacturers and print-on-demand partners, chosen so that you do not have to think about it.
How do I reach a person?
Use the contact form. We answer within two business days, which is faster than most apologies.
